Lawrence specialises in corporate and M&A and is experienced in advising Korean and multinational clients in relation to cross-border M&A and other corporate transactions.
Lawrence has worked on significant cross-border corporate / M&A matters for multinational and Korean clients. Lawrence has broad experience spanning a variety of industry sectors, including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, TMT, energy and retail.
Lawrence previously worked in the New York office of Shearman & Sterling. Following his experience in New York, he worked for many years at Lee & Ko and Kim, Chang & Lee in Seoul, Korea.
